<Pricing> The cost of our custom cakes is determined on an individual basis. If the original design isn’t in line with your budget, we are happy to make alternative suggestions, so please feel free to inquire.
<How to place order>
It is important to us that your cake be exactly what you want. Therefore, we limit the number of orders we accept to give each cake the attention it deserves. We recommend that you place an order as soon as you have secured the date, and at least a month before the day. If you need your cake sooner, Just email us or call us to check our availability. We work on a 100% prepayment basis. An order is not considered placed, until full payment is made. Changes and cancellation of orders are allowed up to 3 weeks of the delivery / pick up date. No refund is issued for cancellation after the 3 weeks mark, under any circumstance.
<Tasting>
We do not offer complimentary tasting. We offer a tasting box for purchase from our shop instead, which contains 4 different cake slices (your choice of 4 flavors, of course) in the box. It takes 4-5 business days advance notice till it is ready for pick up. Please contact us to order.
<Delivery>
For the day of your event, we can pre arrange pickup or delivery of your cake. Deliveries must be scheduled in advance and start at $65, within New York City. The final delivery fee is based on the size and value of the cake, time required for delivery, and mileage. You will be provided with a quote upon request. Of course, you are welcome to arrange pickup of your cake if you prefer to do so. We do not ship our cakes.
